lives of people experiencing poverty is the mission of this Community Action Agency.
As one of 19 Community Action Agencies in the state, Missouri Valley Community Action Agency (MVCAA) continues to forge ahead to move families out of poverty. With the help of community partners, MVCAA makes a collective, concerted effort to equip families and individuals with the tools to succeed.
