Employment Summary: Information Technology Director manages the hardware, software, and network capabilities of all agency technology equipment. Job Title:  Family Development Manager – Marshall, MO
Employment Summary:  The Family Development Manager is a senior manage with overall programmatic responsibilities including planning and implementing social services for parents of children enrolled in the Head Start program, parent engagement, and adult & family literacy content areas. It includes oversees the program efforts to meet the Parent, Family and Community Engagement Framework; supervising Family Development staff who work directly with family’s, development approaches to family services that support family progress, and tracking family process. This position works closely with the Early Head Start Manager and Family Engagement Manger to coordinate program- wide family development and family engagement activities, and with the Program Senior Management team to ensure Heads Start Performance Standards are met. Employment Summary:  Bilingual Family Development Specialist (Pettis County): primary assignment consists of families with one or both parents Spanish-language speakers with limited English proficiency.  Responsibilities include assisting families in overcoming language barriers to accessing community services for themselves and their children, including required health and developmental screenings and care for enrolled Head Start children. Generally, MVCAA has a large number of applications in the database.  For each vacant position each application will be screened to determine if the applicant meets the minimum qualifications for the job and has the skills and abilities that are needed to fill the position.

Those applicants who are most qualified will be called for interviews.  If you are not given an interview, it simply means that there were applicants who had more experience or whose skills and abilities more closely met the requirements for the job.
