Your first visit
When a customer visits a MVCAA Family Resource Center, he or she will meet with an Community Outreach Specialist. The customer participates in a discussion about their current situation. This information assists the agency in making recommendations for services that may address the family’s needs. The Community Outreach Specialist will refer the customer for other MVCAA services, as well as community-based services for which the family may qualify.
There are eligibility requirements for the programs that MVCAA administers. This requires the agency to collect information to verify and document certain eligibility criteria.
